C5T Elite Sports Training's comprehensive athlete assessment evaluation is deigned and created to provide an athlete and parents with immediate feedback and detailed information on an athletes efficiencies and inefficiencies. This information sets a baseline of metrics as well as allows our coaches to attack an athlete's specific needs Day 1 of training!

Coordination

C5T focuses its training on improving an athletes reflexes, balance, movement mechanics, reactions, and mind to muscle connection to enhance the way an athlete can perform mentally without inhibition. Our assessment will test an athlete on their ability to focus, control, and react with the appropriate movement and/or stimulus to set a baseline for training.

Athleticism

C5T's beliefs center around becoming an athlete first. In order to perform in any sport, athletes must be able to perform certain movements with power, speed, explosiveness and control. Our assessment will also focus on setting a baseline of strength, power, and flexibility to then implement specific drills and/or modalities to increase an athlete's athleticism.

C5T's ability to translate its training to any sport is part of what makes us unique. Either it be baseball, soccer, swimming, basketball, or fencing, our program will be able to tailor to your sport(s) to increase your ability to perform athletically.

Video Analysis

Each athlete is filmed with a high-speed camera device in both non-stress & stressful situations to be broken down frame by frame addressing problem areas and corrections to be made. Our coach will provide a breakdown of notes to ensure athletes and parents go home with a breakdown of the session and next steps!
